You will collaborate closely with Client Experience, Client Operations, Media, Creative, Analytics, CRM, and Web teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective implementation.

This role also supports agency growth through business development contributions and reports to the Director of Strategy.

What You’ll Do

Research Analysis and Strategy Development

  • Work cross-functionally throughout the engagement lifecycle to ensure strategy informs execution, partnering with Client Experience and Client Operations to lead major client meetings, presentations, and partnership renewals.
  • Conduct research and discovery, including competitor research, focus groups, workshops, quantitative market studies, and surveys.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify key insights and translate findings into clear, actionable strategic direction.
  • Conduct market and situational analyses to define goals, draw insights, and develop tailored marketing strategies for client partners that meet their unique needs.
  • Build strategy briefs, reports, and other deliverables in collaboration with other in-house subject matter experts in media, SEO, creative, analytics, CRM, and web.

Full Funnel Enrollment Strategy & Institutional Advisory

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to institutional leaders across marketing and enrollment functions, ensuring alignment between marketing, admissions, CRM, and enterprise-level priorities.
  • Advise institutions on full-funnel enrollment strategy, identifying opportunities to strengthen performance across audience acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle communication.
  • Provide strategic guidance on marketing department structure, resourcing models, and operational workflows to support scalable and sustainable enrollment growth.
  • Identify gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies across marketing and admissions efforts and recommend practical, data-informed improvements.
  • Recommend and guide execution across tactics such as:

  • Participate in developing and delivering new business pitches and presentations.
  • On occasion, draft case studies that showcase the impact of VIsionPoint’s work.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
