The Position

We’re looking for an experienced higher education Enrollment Marketing Strategist to author and oversee the execution of enrollment marketing strategies that help drive positive enrollment outcomes for our client partners.

While most higher ed marketing agencies focus primarily on “upper-funnel” goals like brand awareness and lead generation, VisionPoint helps clients drive enrollment outcomes at every stage of the prospect journey. As such, we value strategists who have particular experience leading marketing activities in an admissions context. The best-fit candidate is someone who has been accountable for marketing and enrollment outcomes in a higher education context, with proven experience leading or supporting college admissions teams in enrollment marketing activities that drive deep-funnel admissions outcomes like applications, deposits, yield, melt prevention, and retention. The ideal candidate will also bring consultative prowess to help clients facing most any marketing challenge.

The Enrollment Marketing Strategist will consult with marketing and admissions client partners to develop and help execute strategic enrollment marketing plans that address the full prospect journey, and that feature levers like Student Search, paid advertising, organic content marketing, direct mail, lead nurturing, CRM communications (email and SMS), digital experiences, compelling creative, and any other tactical components essential to engaging and converting prospects and applicants into enrolled students.

This role will also support the agency’s growth by contributing to the pursuit of business opportunities that grow our enrollment marketing practice and will report to the Director of Strategy.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
